Whatever electrical system you choose, you'll need a cord to connect electricity between the towed vehicle and the motorhome.
Roadmaster’s are the best — the wires are water-, oil- and chemical-resistant, and the plugs are injected with silicone to prevent corrosion. Flexo-Coil cords expand to more than eight feet and conveniently contract for storage

I have a 2012 Fiat 500 lounge. I have never towed behind my motorhome before. Will this device provide me the electrical connection I need?
It depends on what kind of towed wiring kit was installed on your Fiat 500 as they can be terminated differently between brand and model of the wiring kit.
As an example, SKU#23797 is a universal wiring kit from Roadmaster, it is terminated with a flat 4 connector which would hook up to the motorhome. So this 7 to 6 way flexo-coil would not be appropriate.
Since the universal wiring kit has a 6 ft., flat 4 electrical cord and many motorhomes are wired with a 7-way blade socket, you can use an adapter like SKU#92771 to connect the towed vehicle to the motorhome.
