Flying Insect Screen for Sol-Aire, Coleman, Hydroflame and Suburban Furnaces is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Screen for furnace exhaust It fit well and was fairly easy to install. I noticed it left little marks on the side of the trailer as I moved it around positioning it. A little coating of non-marking rubber on the edge might be helpful. Remains to be seen how well it stays on and how long the little springs last. I will definitely say that if it stays in place and lasts, it will be worth a lot more than it costs. I had to have my furnace removed and cleaned out because I did not have a screen and a very small bird or lizard got in there, left a nest and a couple eggs. Glad I caught it or it might have been a bad scene. The job cost me over $200 because it is time consuming to remove and clean, and takes a couple hours by the technician. I am mechanically inclined, but I don't mess with furnaces. The screen is a cheap fix and could save some real headaches and a potential disaster.
