Folding Shelf
I recently purchase the folding shelf for 20 series Traeger Grill. It matched up perfectly and installed in under 10 minutes. It helps eliminate the need to have someone else to hold the pan with three racks of baby back ribs so you can put the smoke to em. Though when firing up the Traeger there are usually plenty of volunteers to assist because they figure they will be invited to partake in the feast at the end and drink beer during the process. Great addition to a fine grill.

Works great..easy to install.......a bit on the expensive side and really should be included with the smoker at purchase. I ended up using the hopper for a shelf.

Great as that needed 3rd hand
My wife got me a Tailgater for Father's Day a few years back. But I was having issues with not enough hands to hold everything I needed during a cook. Saw that these fold-down shelves were available and immediately picked one up. Very well made, fits like a glove, is now that 3rd hand I was always missing, and folds out of the way so the cover works perfectly with it. Great add-on.

The device is necessary not just an accessory! Use it every time I "fire up" the grill. I have roasted chicken smoked fish and baked pizza. Everything come out great! I am going to cook anything that I do in the kitchen oven in the Traeger!

Folding shelf
The folding shelf is a great addition to my series 20 grill. It is very sturdy and allows plenty of space for preparing the food. The fold down feature is great as it allows my cover to to protect the grill. A big thumbs up !! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Very useful
I was concerned that the shelf would not hold much weight, I am happy to say that those fears were NOT realized. I use my shelf all the time. I highly recommend it, seeing as how Traeger has seen fit to not make it part of the standard package.

A great addition to the smoker
Shelf is great and was very easy to install. I had been using the top of the hopper, but the shelf provides more surface area closer to the grill, which makes cooking safer and therefore, more fun.
