Additional Information
Fusion Rifle Ammunition consists of a specialized deer bullet that electrochemically joins pure copper to an extreme pressure-formed core to ensure optimum performance. The result is high terminal energy on impact that radiates lethal shock throughout the target. This energy is optimized through mass weight retention, a top-secret tip-skiving process, and superior bullet integrity. 20 rounds per box. Manufactured by Federal. Shipped ground only.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Advertised Took a dandy boar hog in Florida with these 175 grain Fusion bullets out of my 7mm rem mag yesterday evening. It was at close shot, only 30 yards or so, but the bullet expanded on impact enough that I could see the entrance in his shoulder as he wheeled around., but still made a half dollar size exit. I could see blook spurting from the entry as he turned. He only made it about 15 steps before nose diving. When I checked around where he was standing, it looked like a crime scene. Quit a lot of lung matter and blood on the ground. Bottom line, these bullets make those pigs look not so tough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 800 Yrd 0.75 MOA 5 Shot Group Shoots Outstanding out of my Rem 770 7mm Rem Mag.. These 175 grain Boat Tail actually stabilize very well in my 9.25 inch twist barrel. Just yesterday I shot a 0.75 MOA (6 inch) 5 shot group at 731 Meters (800 Yrds). It actually kind of frustrates me because this "HUNTING" ammo in my $299 rifle with a $309 Barska scope shoots just as good of groups as my $2,400 .308 with a $500 Millett scope and "MATCH GRADE" ammo. The balistics of the 7mm Rem Mag definitely give it an edge, but balistics don't mean anything without consistent ammo loads. HAVE TRIED 3 TIMES NOW TO UPLOAD PICS OF THAT GROUP AND YOUR SITE IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO DO IT?????? FOR AN HOUR IT WILL SIT THERE SHOWING IT IS BUSY LIKE IT IS UPLOADING.....BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS....I GIVE UP....LET ME KNOW IF YOU GET THIS FIXED....I WILL UPDATE MY REVIEW WITH THE PICS. THANKS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More accurate than I ever expected. I've been frustrated with mid-weight bullets on my rem700 CDL for years and wrote it off as a 2" gun. I did a tannerite gender reveal for my son and had to penetrate 3jars so i wanted something that would get through all 3 easily. I picked up these 175gr fusions just because of the weight and strength and affordability. When I sighted in I was blown away. I was shooting 0.56 (9/16") moa with consistency! So excited I almost shot the whole box before blowing up the tannerite (which was awesome). I any case I'll be stocking up!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Performance I have been hunting with Fusion rounds for the last 5 years and they have always delivered consistent performance with incredible penetration, expansion and stopping power. The moose I harvested this year in the Yukon stopped dead in his tracks with the first shot. The recovered round had mushroomed beautifully and performed as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Accurate, Consistent, Tough This is my go-to ammo in any caliber, but specifically in 7mm Remington Magnum, My Browning A-Bolt puts these in 3/4' groups, and averages 90-100fps more velocity than the specifications on the box. I shot a young caribou bull at 70 yards, he was quartering-away when I finally had a clear shot. Because of the restrictions of the hunt,(bulls only) I had to shoot with his "wedding tackle" in sight, as juvenile bulls were mixed in with cows, and both have antlers. The bullet entered near his last rib, destroyed the heart and lungs, then broke his neck and exited his throat. That was full 7-Mag velocity at very close range, if the fusion was not a tough bullet, it would have showed itself here. I have shot probably 15 head of game, mostly deer, with Fusion ammo, and I have never, ever recovered a bullet. I would not hesitate to shoot an elk, moose or bear with Federal Fusion.
