Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect For Me I originally bought these a year and a half ago. I work as an Arborist and I climb in trees everyday. These boots held up longer than any others I have used in the past. I just recently bought a new pair. These boots are great and definitely worth buying. I wear them causally for a week before I start working in them, but I have never gotten a blister or hotspot when breaking them in. Only downside is the sizes are different than my normal shoes. I were size 9-9.5 for everyday other shoes, but these boots I wear a size 8.5. If you can I would recommend trying them on before buying them rather than having to return them for a new size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boot thus far I normally buy Danner Super Rain Forest work boots, had a gift card for Bass Pro thought I'd give Georgia Boot a try. I work at a Wastewater Plant so lots of walking, lots of stairs to climb up and down. Boots are comfortable for me right out of the box. I wear between 10 1/2 and 11 I ordered elevens and they fit just fine. Been wearing them for 3 months. Good boots but still a Danner fan as well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great All-purpose Workboot I'm an arborist for a utility company in the Northeast and was looking for a boot that would be ideal for spring/summer conditions. My Chippewas had a Vibrams sole that fell apart on me after less than a year of walking transmission right-of-ways. I've only had these a couple of months, but I had the same pair when I worked for the National Park Service a few years ago and they lasted me a few years. No steel toe made it an ideal boot for working on a fireline, and makes walking the ROWs currently comfortable and awesome. Love the ankle support these provide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why didn't I buy these sooner? I've been wearing dinners for years. Usually the arcadia or ft lewis and RAT boots they make. I've hiked hundreds of miles if some of the worst terrain in those and that style is great for mixed terrain but now working on my farm in deep mud to steep slippery slopes these boots provide a traction that's unparallel. I have the low heel logger from georgia and I don't even wear them anymore. Which is kinda sucks because these loggers look so good I want to wear them all the time. But they're such a great farm boot they are a muddy mess. Break in took about 4 days of all day wear. Not bad. I'm 6'3" and the heel height is worth it. First day and they took the edge of sheet metal sliding down my foot with only a small scrape. With quality like this I won't be buying any other boot

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super comfortable boot So I had never had a pair of Georgia boots before but had heard great things so I ordered these. They are narrower than I expected, I don't have a wide foot but when I first placed them up the foot seemed narrow. After wearing them for a good 4-6 hours the super supple leather seemed to break in well and they were very comfortable. I've been wearing them all day for the past couple weeks and have to say I love them. After the initial very short break-in period they have been fantastic with great support. I love the shank on ladders too. The suppleness of the leather is my only reservation for how long they may last, but they seem to stand up to everything I have thrown at them so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for the money!!! 3rd pair of the loggers. Buy a new pair every March. I use these as tree climbing boots and every day tree work boots. Only problem I have is toward the end of the 1 year the toe soal starts to peel back. I'm always kicking rocks out from around stumps to cut them low for stump grinder and I know that's why. Good boot for the money. Stink to high heaven when they get wet. Half size smaller then I normally wear in shoes .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Boot for a Forester Lightweight boot that gets the job done! My third pair of Georgia boots in 10 years. The only reason for new ones is all the rubber has been worn off the soles.
