    Can you keep ice in ice maker or do you need to remove ice to a freezer or cooler?

    What type of water shuld be used?

    I know this sounds silly but do I need to use tap water, distilled water or what?

    Clean filtered water will provide the best results for ice cubes. Otherwise, tap or distilled, drinkable water that does not have any debris can be used in the icemaker.
