This shroud attaches easily in less than 30 minutes. It attaches from the top with the original 4 mounting bolts (hardware not included). The bolt pattern on the top is 20-3/4"L x 17-3/4"W. Overall Dimensions: 43" x 29-1/2" x 12-1/2".
