Over-charge, Over-Voltage, reverse polarity, and anti-sparking (short circuit) protections are all built in to the iOnBoost V8 TORQUE to make sure that you are able to use the device safely - even if you’re not mechanically inclined.
Remember earlier how I said that you do not have to be mechanically inclined to use the iOnBoost V8 TORQUE? It’s true! Our SMART Cables are nearly fool-proof.
If you connect the SMART Cables to the battery incorrectly, a red light and audible tone alert you of the condition and won’t let electricity flow. When correctly connected, they illuminate green - showing that they are ready to use!
