Features
Infused with the inviting aroma of hickory smoke, the LEM Backwoods Hickory Jerky Seasoning carries a rich, slightly sweet flavor that will leave you wanting more. It's designed to be simple and delicious, with LEM's easy-to-follow instructions (see image 2 above) and pre-measured cure in every package. Marinate strips or mix with ground meat. Custom-blended for wild game and domestic meat. Enough for 5 lbs. For consistently flavorful jerky use the recommended number of pounds of meat this package is intended to produce.
Contains no gluten.
Contains mustard.

Seasoning ingredients: salt, Worcestershire powder (dextrose, caramel color [sulfites 140ppm], monosodium glutamate, garlic salt, carboxymethyl cellulose, chili pepper, spices, mustard, malic acid, natural flavorings [spice extractives], onion, less than 2% silicone dioxide added to prevent caking), paprika, granulated garlic, monosodium glutamate, red pepper, dextrose, spices, and with less than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking.

Cure ingredients: salt, 6.25% sodium nitrite, FD&C Red #3 (for color), and less than 2% silicon dioxide as a processing aid.

• Cure should be used to control botulism as well as add color and flavor to your smoked or cooked sausage
• Keep cure out of reach of children
• Do not use more cure than recommended
