Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great safety addition! After one of my little girls slipped on the last step of our travel trailer on a recent outing, I started looking for something to add for safety. This was the perfect solution! Well constructed, easy to install and a great addition to our trailer. I wondered why I didn't get this a LONG time ago! Folds in easy for travel. It says no sealant is required in the instructions but I still pre-drilled small holes and filled the holes and covered the screws with a silicone adhesive/sealant. Make sure to insert the screws through the mounting brackets before you coat them with sealant to get a good seal between the mounting brackets and holes in the trailer. Great product!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lend a hand RV hand rail This is a great product for our travel trailer. We also purchased and installed two of the Lend a hand hand rails, one at the garage service door entry at my parents house and one at our own garage door service entry. The installation of these hand rails has eliminated the worry of our parents entry up the stairs in their home as well as when they come to visit our house. The convenient fold away design makes it very easy to move the rail toward the wall in the garage when not in use. I would recommend this product to anybody with stairs from their garage to the house. This is a must have in most homes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great We purchased this rv hand rail as our rv has 3 steps and they are kind of high. My husband has had back and neck surgery and I have had neck and knee surgery. It works very well as a guide while exiting our camper and I use it as a helping hand up the steps getting in the rv. We have a small dog and I find that if we open the door and just have the screen door closed, we can move the rail over the screen door to keep the dog from trying to push the screen door open. Good purchase, fast delivery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from well worth the money, If you are considering buying one, just do it, you wont regret it. I am very pleased with this handle, the stock handle that came on my camper was to small and useless!!. I placed the order and within 4 days it arrived. The next day I installed it within 5 minutes. My 5 year old boy can reach it with ease and now you have a rail to guide you walking down the steps. Also A friend of mine showed me that before you pull away from your house or campsite to lift up and swing it towards the door, now you dont have to worry about the door coming open going down the road.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lend A Hand Rail We just got our Hand Rail installed last week and have not actually taken a trip, but we have used it a lot just cleaning up and going in and out of our trailer. This is on the bedroom door that we don't use a lot, BUT we happened to be in a spot that this door was the most convenient to enter and didn't have the handy hand rail. We had to get our step stool in order to get into the trailer. This is a great addition to our trailer entrances.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I bought two of these, not for my RV but, for my home. We have three steps going down into the garage and it was getting difficult for my 89 year old father to get in and out of the house. My husband secured them on each side of the door frame next to the molding and now we all feel secure going in and out of the house. They fold in both ways if you want them out of the way. I highly recommend these hand rails for security.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't live without it. I've had Multiple Sclerosis since 1987. When we went to an RV show to look at an RV, I fell on on the steps when trying to get into it. We decided right then, we would need something other than the standard hand rail when we bought an RV. When the time came, we had the dealership install the Lend-A-Hand on our motor home. I still go up and down the steps slowly, but I don't have to have someone hold my hand when doing so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lend-a-hand really does what it's name implies! Easy to install with an electric screwdriver, removed the smaller plastic handle, and the 2 upper holes in my RV matched up perfectly with the top of the bracket on the Lend-a-hand, so I just had to screw in the bottom bracket and I was done! Sturdy, well made, locks in folded position with a positive click. Nice addition to any RV, gives you more stability when climbing up those 3 or 4 steps! And down, too!
