ITC sent the wrong light after waiting 10 days. I contacted Camping World customer service and received an immediate response. They said they would have ITC send out correct light, and keep the other ($110) light or throw away. I waited another week for correct light. It was a real struggle putting the light together so it was not flopping around. Finally I installed and it's just right now. I went ahead and installed the wrong light in another location. Neither came with any mounting hardware, but i used my construction skills and securely installed anyway. ITC needs better supervision and training.

Can this light be used to replace a 12 volt fixture that's on a dimmer switch?

Does the light shade swivel to adjust direction of light? Our RV has slightly angled walls.

No, the light fixture does not swivel at the individual lamps or at the base.
