Needs just one more thing.
Like everyone else's review, I discovered that this device
simply falls our of place making it fairly useless, unless
you consider the fact that one gets some amount of exercise
bending over to pick it up off the floor.
I modified mine to make it work better - I just added
Velcro. I put a patch of the the soft-side self-adhesive
unto the refrigerator where I want the device to stay put.
And on the flat end of the device I placed the hard-side of
the Velcro.
Now the unit stays in place much better.
Why the folks that devised this device couldn't figure this
out for themselves concerns me.
If they start selling it with this deluxe option, I hope
they remember where they learned this trick and cut me in
on the royalty action!

Refrigerator Door Holder
The door holder works great. It helps keep the refrigerator door open to help prevent mold and allows the refrigerator to air out and dry when camper is in storage. It was given 4 stars, cause the fit was loose and it likes to slide so you have to make sure you have it positioned just right to get the proper hold with the refrigerator door. I would recommend the holder.

Just ok
I thought this was a rubber type product but it is a hard plastic. It just sits there doesn't lock in place. It works if you are sitting in place but not good for traveling.

Perfect to keep the doors open
This is a great product. It took me a couple of times to figure out how to use it because of the picture. If you put it towards the front of the doors like shown, it won't stay. Just move it to the back of the doors and it works perfectly - holds both doors open about 2 inches. Oh thanks to the reviewers who explained what those extra blue C clips were - to keep the ice lids open to dry! I always put a towel in the back to keep them open. This works great!

same here
I agree,..Does what it's sold to do, keeps the mold away. Too bad there isn't a way they could make it attach to the latch on the fridge to hold things steady. It was an in store impulse buy, and i'm glad I did it!

Wonderful!
I use this while my RV is parked in storage. I actually zip-tied it to the cabinet door next
to the refrigerator. Then, when I finish cleaning the refrigerator and freezer, I use this to
leave my doors completely wide open while sitting in storage. Never any mold or nasty
smells. I make sure I wipe over every part of the freezer and fridge with the fresh scent
antibacterial wipes, just to be safe. Perfect!

disconnect battery when in storage
Bought this to keep doors of Dometic open while in storage. (They aren't meant to keep doors closed while moving.) After trying to hitch up for two trips only to find a dead battery and inoperable power jack, we realized that the battery must be
disconnected while in storage or the light in the refrigerator will come on when the trailer rocks the least bit from blowing wind.

Works on Most Doors
It is just like it states. It works on most doors, but not ours. The distance between our refrigerator door and the freezer door was to far apart and the holder didn't work what so ever. Rather than return it, because there wasn't any other options, I cut some pads (from
an old mouse pad) and glued them on both sides and now it works like a 5 star product.
