Exclusive Nytrolite Foam is designed to provide the same buoyancy with less bulk and weight. Anatomical flex points deliver comfort and performance. 100\\\\% polyester lining has super-strong overlock stitched seams. Features include strategic arm holes, segmented foam core, and a concealed dual belt system. USCG approved type III. Chest sizes: S(35"-37"), M(37"-39"), L(39"-41"), XL(41"-43"), 2XL(43"-45"), 3XL(47.5"-50.5"). Vest lengths: S(23-1/2"), M(24-1/2"), L(25-1/4"), XL(26"), 2XL(26-1/2"), 3XL(27").

Exclusive Nytrolite Foam is more buoyant, 3 times lighter, drier, and offers better impact protection than conventional foam. An exclusive process expands low-density polyethylene using nitrogen. This creates a foam that is 3 times lighter than regular PVC foam. It also absorbs 15-20\\\\% less water due to the closed cell foam structure. The resulting foam is about 10\\\\% more buoyant than PVC, meaning there is less foam in the vest but with the same buoyancy.
