Just WOW !!!!
I did my do diligence on this one and surprised it’s not in every chain store . Set up will take a little time but that’s half the fun , very well planned out with great drawings . Burned it off with no issues . My first thoughts this would be a smoking beast and was very surprised with that , retains a lot of smoke in the unit . My first cooking with it was very good not great due to the cook . Just need to keep an eye on the water pan . Very well built , and I like the idea that I can smoke to my liking . Do not have that with the pellets , all and all very happy .

I love this smoker. It did come with a dent in the top of it. This seems to be a common problem with these.
However, not real pleased with Camping World customer service. I messaged them about the delayed shipping on my order and then I messaged them about this dent and they have not replied to eithermessage.

Love this smoker
Just received this on 9/15/2020. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Very easy to follow instructions and easy design to assemble. Only issue was the vents on the back dont fully close. Made a little adjustment to them and they work fine
First smoke of pork tenderloin on 9/19 and everything turned out great. Even smoked some Brussel sprouts with the pork.
Temp was easy to maintain and easy to add additional wood chips with ease. I had seen some reviews that the chip box was difficult to remove once it was hot. I did not encounter that issue.
Overall very pleased so far with the smoker. It fits our lifestyle as we dont smoke a lot but when we do this smoker will make the task much easier than my old charcoakl side box smoker.
Very happy with the purchase

Great Price
Had some issue getting my smoker due to gift card but with Overton’s people we over can that issue . Love talking one on one with really nice people . Very easy to put together would recommend doing it on the dinning room table . It was about an 1-1/2 that passed and it is ready to go . If I had to do it a second time half hour but very well made for the price . Now that last star is missing because I have not used it but I think it will work great .

Great Starter Smoker
This was my first smoker - grilled for years. Set-up was clear and easy. There was a small dent (non-functional - cosmetic only) where the factory over-torqued one of the top cabinet screws. My first smoke was an 8 lb. Pork Butt - 10 hr. smoke. 2nd smoke was boneless chicken breasts (2.5 hr. smoke). Have learned a lot from both smokes.I am still learning but so far the smoker has been forgiving and both smokes were a HUGE success.
Recommended For New Smokers:
After-market digital "instant" thermometer with two probes. Thermometer gives instant feedback in the temperature when the water pan goes dry, the wood basket is finished burning (or removed), when the wind blows (affecting the gas flame), vents are opened or closed, or when the door is opened and you just don't see those incremental temperature changes when only viewing the analog thermometer attached to the grill.
Two pair of gloves - one pair that are used for wood box, pulling grates, and working inside cabinet and one that are insulated silicone or nitrite (with insulators) for handling the meat (needs to be cleanable).
Fire bucket for used wood chips - they will smolder for another hour after taken out of smoker.
Spray bottle - for spritzing meat during longer cooks
I am going to look into a smoke tube to see if I can extend the smoke (so I don't have to add wood to tray every hour). I have also noticed that not all wood chips burn the same (smaller burns up quicker).

Nice smoker for the price
The smoker works good. You have to refill the chips at least 3-4 times to get that good smoke ring. It was mentioned about adding holes at the bottom of the chip pan but mine already came with holes. Maybe that review was for a different model. The glass is pointless after the 2-3 session unless you feel like taking a scrubber to it.

Love this Smoker. . But
My wife bought me this smoker for Father’s Day and I was super excited because I’ve wanted one for a long time! I love this smoker, but I cannot get my heat any higher than 280 degrees with just 2 turkeys. And if fill it with ribs I may get 260. What can I do to increase that heat?

Great Smoker
I really like this smoker the only that is keeping me from 5 stars is that the door doesn’t shut all the way. The corners are left open no matter how tight it is sealed and smoke comes pouring out. Maybe I can try and seal it. Good buy though!
