Primus IQ Customer Service
This is exactly what I expected and I am very pleased. There was a snafu with my delivery address which caused it to be returned to the warehouse and a delay. My calls for help were handled very politely and efficiently. Many thanks to customer service for your help!

GREAT PRODUCT..
I LOVE THIS ITEM. WORKS GREAT ONCE YOU GET TO UNDERSTAND ALL ITS
FEATURES AND KNOW HOW TO USE IT. THE BOOST FEATURE IS ALSO GOOD
TO CHECK THE TRAILER BRAKES ALONE AT IDLE SPEED ONLY TO SEE IF ITS
WORKING RIGHT. YOU CAN LEAVE THIS PRODUCT PLUGGED IN TO THE TRUCK
AT ALL TIMES WHEN NOT DRIVING IT. IT WILL TURN OFF AFTER AWHILE THE
BRAKE IS UNTOUCHED.

GO WITH THE UPGRADE
I had their base level controller, lasted less than a year and was very disappointed that something this critical was so unreliable. But our local RV dealer recommended this one and it's great. It is adjustable with a digital readout, I like it better. I just hope it lasts longer than its predecessor.

Nice unit
Just what is needed for 2 axle unit. Easy abiltiy to adjust between trailers and the boost feature is not a gimick but something that really works. Overall nice unit and no need to spend extra on Prodigy if you have a 2 axle unit which are most RV's.

Easy to install and set.
The Primus IQ works as it should and wasn’t very hard to install. Found a dormant wire under my stirring column that goes to the back plug on my Jeep Commander so I utilized it.

What harness do I need for my 2011 Monaco Cayman ?
Unfortunately a direct plug'n play harness is not available for your motorhome. The universal pigtail(included with the Primus IQ) is used in installations where a complete harness is not available.
Monaco Coach pre-wires their motorhomes for a supplemental braking system. It is recommended that you get in touch with Monaco to consult about installing a brake controller to their factory installed wiring.
