Reduces Rubber Roof maintenance up to 75 percent!
Cleaning a rubber roof no longer has to be a knee-bending, backbreaking chore. RUBBER ROOF CLEANER from Protect All, Inc. is formulated to make the cleaning process both easy and quick, eliminating hours of washing, rubbing and buffing. Removing the buildup of dirt, roof chalk and airborne pollutants can now be done "standing up" with a sponge mop and a bucket of water. A soft bristle brush can be used in tight areas or when necessary to remove stubborn grime. RUBBER ROOF CLEANER eliminates rinsing and runoff keeping the RV clean and dry. Roof cleaning can be performed at campgrounds, storage lots or where ever water use is restricted.
RUBBER ROOF TREATMENT
Enhanced Formula Reduces Maintenance Up To 75%. Enhanced Protect All RUBBER ROOF TREATMENT with UV Protectant is a blend of proven polyolefin compounds engineered specifically to retard roof chalking, minimize maintenance and provide additional protection that can help extend the life of the rubber roof membrane. The tough polymer anti-static coating creates a durable shield that keeps dirt and grime from sticking. Application of New Rubber Roof Treatment is now quicker and easier -- just spray, mop and air-dry. The enhanced formula is safe and compatible for use on ALL types of EPDM rubber roof systems.
Rubber Roof Treatment reduces chalking that causes ugly gray streaks down the side of the vehicle creating more frequent cleanups. Roof chalk is a by-product of the rubber material that occurs most often when a rubber roof is exposed to excessive moisture and heat.Depending on environmental conditions, treating should be performed two to four times annually. In drier climates, two applications a year may be sufficient. In climates with moderate to heavy rainfall or humidity, it may be necessary to treat your roof three to four times a year to reduce the chalking process. Regular treatments of Protect All Rubber Roof Treatment will help reduce chalking and frequent cleanups.
Coverage: Depending on roof condition and accessories, i.e., vents, air-conditioner, etc., one quart treats one 35 foot - 40 foot roof two to three times.

No better product on the market
Use the treatment on our pull camper first and the roof looked much better after the
cleaning and treatment . Now using it on our Artic Fox 5th wheel for years and always
have excellent results. The roof looks like new after every cleaning and treatment. We
live in MT and only do it once a year. Works just fine

Great Product
It worked as described. I used a mop and a soft bristle
brush ( for those hard to reach places and seams), the roof
looks good as new. I will continue to use this as my goto
cleaner for the roof.

easy to use
only reason i didnt get 5 stars is because it didnt do itself... very good product.
my roof was in pretty bad shape, but this stuff seemed to make it pliable again. I did have a bucket with about a half inch of grime at the bottom when i was done. so it cleaned well.

A few tips
Does a good job. While you don't have to take the hose up
there, if you don't change the rinse water often, you'll soon
be putting more crud back on the roof than you have rinsed
off.
Dip the mop in the water and ring it out over the side
instead of putting the dirt in the bucket. (On the the
downwind side if there's a breeze.) Dump and refill the
bucket often; the cleaner the water in the bucket is, the
cleaner your roof will be. Especially important if you're
going to treat it right away. Well, when it's dry.
A small hand held sponge is helpful for getting around the
AC, vents, etc.
Doing mine on sunny day in the low 50s a 4X4 area was almost
too much to rinse
before it dried.
Took about 2/3 of a quart for a 30' TT.
Yeah, there were a few splatters on the tires from squeezing
the mop and dumping the
bucket over the side, but not much. Took about an hour and
a half; but I did a second rinse since I had the hose up
there and was going to treat it
the next day. Glad I did, picked up more cleaner & dirt
on the second rinse.

Finally - A cleaning product that works!
The rubber roof on my year old fifth wheel had some nasty stains after putting 10,000 miles on it this year. I washed it with RV soap and water, and it still looked stained and dirty. I purchased this stuff and gave it a try. It took off all the dirt and stains with very little effort. In fact, once I sprayed a section, lots of the dirt floated right to the top. On a few spots such as bird droppings, it took a little scrubbing with a soft bristled brush, but came right off. My roof literally looks brand new. Make sure you don't rinse the roof off because you'll leave streaks on the side of the RV. I did find that changing the rinse water from time to time left less residue. When I was done, I lightly went over the entire roof again with just a little cleaner on the mop head which I rinsed frequently. When I came to the Dicor sealant around vents and the AC, I sprayed some of the cleaner on it, and scrubbed it with a stiff bristled brush. I cleaned that quite well too. Next, I'll try the Rubber Roof treatment and UV protector and give feedback on it.

Spray, scrub, wipe.
I used about 3/4 gallon on a 26 foot trailer. I got on my hands and knees, sprayed the solution over a 2ft square area and used circular motion with scrub brush. Then wipe clean with towel and rinse in 5 gal bucket.

Easy to use
This product was fast and easy to use. No big mess to clean up, nice not having to drag a
hose up on the roof. All you need is a bucket of water and a mop.
