So easy it's silly not everyone is doing this
Ok so I used to pay $100 or so each year to get my travel trailer winterized. After talking to a friend he pushed me towards doing the winterization myself. Well I feel awfully dumb now after several years of paying for it to get done. This kits made it so easy. Everything just unscrewed off my water pump, screw this inline and I am all set. Took less than 10 minutes to install (it matters which way the t connector is put on, pay attention to that). Took another 5-10 minutes of fussing with the faucets but it worked
like described in the brief directions on the back of the packaging. Excellent buy, would highly recommended to anyone.

Installation of Pump Converter Kit
I installed the kit, tested it, and it works great. Well made brass
valve. Like a previous reviewer, there was not enough room to
install the supplied valve directly onto the water pump. My solution
was to cut the intake hose halfway between the water tank and water
pump, and install the supplied valve in-line. You need two pipe
thread-to-hose barb adapters, attached to each end of the valve.
The Shurflo Model 8-070-1 adapters (aoubt $3 each) worked great
for me. I can send a picture of the installation if requested.
Fortunately my hoses were fairly fllexible; it might be more difficult
with a very stiff hose.

Winterizer Kit (GREAT BUY)
I purchased this item yesterday and installed it in a matter of minutes (only hold up was the tight space in my bay where the pump is located). It was simple to install (if I say say simple it was. I usually pay folks to do everything.) I love the fact that you don't have to remove it after use. It's permanently installed on the RV like on the big $ coaches. I wanted the accessory for my coach for a while but did not because I thought the cost would have been so expensive. I would have never thought that I could have gotten this done for less that $20.00. Awesome product.

Not the best for all RVs
In order for this device to be mounted permanently I would have to relocate the pump and I'm not certain there would be room for that. As it was the inlet line attached to the diverter valve rubbed the wheel well and caused a vibration. I used the valve to get antifreeze into the system then removed it. You can accomplish that with a 90 degree plastic fitting and a piece of tubing. Save your money.

no not for you from
not all the parts in package
Bought this at a camping world store, when i when to the counter to pay they told me that the mark down price was for good sam member only.I still bought the kit. When I installed it on the pump I found that there was no fitting on the clear hose to attack it to the pump.Store is about a hour drive from me so I found a fitting that i could use in my junk pile. Not impressed with camping world.

Quick and easy.
Once I installed the Pump Converter Winterizer Kit, it took me 15 minutes and 2 gallons of antifreeze, to winterize my Pilgrim 5th wheel. I didn't notice any drop in pressure. The install was a bit difficult, only because of where my pump is located. Had my pump been in a more accessable place, the install would have been quick and easy too.

it works
my pump has the push on clips which created a bit of trouble. i had to
run to my local rv store for an adaptor. after figuring out the needed
parts it was a breeze. installed i just a few minutes. tried it out when i
had to winterize. it worked great. winterizing only took 5 minutes and
about a gallon of anti freeze.

Better'n sliced bread...
Works great. If you have the small plastic filter ahead of your pump, be very careful and maybe have a standby ready. during the cold (40F) temps, the plastic became brittle and broke. Easy enough to remove and replace later, but a bit of a dissapointment.
Winterizing took 2 minutes and 2 bottles with the hot water BP!
