How the Purchase and Install Program Works
Explore purchase & install in just three easy steps:

Shop Your Product
Browse products online and check Install Product on the product page. If you haven’t selected your store location yet, we’ll prompt you to choose one.

Add to Cart & Schedule
Once you’ve added the product to cart, you’ll see an option to schedule installation. Pick a day and time that works for you, then enter your RV details.

Check Out Online
You’ll see an estimated installation total. This amount is due at the time of service, not today.

After you select installation at checkout, you’ll be prompted to choose a preferred appointment window and enter your contact information. A store associate will then call you to confirm and finalize your appointment.
Your installation typically includes:
- Unboxing and inspection of your product
- A compatibility check to ensure everything fits
- Removal of your old appliance or component (if needed)
- Professional installation of your new product
- Full function testing
- A quick product demonstration
You’ll see an online estimate during checkout. The final cost is confirmed in store—if additional parts or labor are needed, the technician will explain those charges before any work begins.
Your technician will review any special prep during their confirmation call, but the following are recommended:
- Clear the area where the installation will take place
- Empty related appliances or tanks if needed
- Make sure your RV is accessible (slides out, power connected if requested)
During the compatibility inspection, the technician will check fit and function. If something doesn’t fit, they’ll discuss your options—such as alternative products—before installation begins.
Installations are covered by our Workmanship Guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and may vary.
