The Jigmaster from
Heavy-duty, easy to install & works perfectly
At 70 years old with 2 artificial hip joints and bad knees, climbing over the gunwhale or using light-duty boarding ladders are not good options for getting in/out of my boat while on the trailer. Some boat manufacturers are offering factory-mounted step systems, but my boat is 5 years old and the manufacturer's system will not fit. This bow step system is easy to install and can handle my 225 pounds. I have a swing-tongue trailer that did not have sufficient clear space on the tongue for direct mounting; an adaptor bracket purchased directly from the manufacturer at additional cost was required. It works perfectly and can be adjusted to clear boat bow.
