Raymarine Ray 218 VHF Radio / Hailer

The Ray 218 VHF/Hailer features a large oversized display and styling to match any existing Raymarine products you may have onboard. The Ray 218 features a Class D DSC (Digital Selective Calling) enabling you to transmit vital emergency information including your boats identification, position, and time the distress call was sent if you connect the radio via NMEA interface to your GPS. The Ray 218 is easily viewable from a distance, and the large volume, squelch, channel select, and dedicated function keys were all designed to be easily used. The Ray 218 allows instant access to emergency channels 16 or 9 from the dedicated button on the microphone or radio face as well as the rotary channel selector. The full-featured Ray 218 also has a built-in 30-watt hailer with listen-back and auto foghorn signals.
