Features
This Kinetik wakeboard features the exact same core, profile, and rocker as the Flexbox version, but has totally different pressure points with Springbox technology. A more rigid mid-section was designed so a rider can rock into a press. Once you're locked in, a softer end tip/tail section creates the ability to move side to side or just exaggerate the angle of a press. Ronix also adds rods through the tip/tail of the box area that give the rider more spring to ollie off the water or a feature. Designed and ridden by the world’s best park rider – Dominik Hernler.
Springbox: Similar to Flexbox, this technology adds high and low points either through the ends or the center of the board to exaggerate the amount of flex you can add to your press. The high points are made out of hollow rods that give a rider more snapback when coming out of that press.
Continuous Rocker: An earlier arc with a mellower degree will have a smoother, more consistent glide up the wake. Riders carry more speed up the transition and land tricks further out into the flats.
Monocoque Construction: Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one creates a more durable board on side impacts, thus preventing delamination.
Speedwalls: Vertically poured urethane creates more top water speed and a durable bumper from those floating menaces at a cable park. These rails ride higher on the water and alleviate strain on your body.
G & R Technology: Grip and Release channels have all the traction you need for riding behind the boat or in the cable park. They also add side-to-side stability, allowing you to control a flick easier without unwanted drag in the water.
Sintered Base: The most durable, nonstick base material that allows increased gliding power. This exclusive material is heated in a sintering furnace above its melting point until the particles bond together and form a compound that preserves its bond over time, making it ideal for cable features.
