Radar's next generation of camber boards meets one goal - more glide speed. Approved by Erik Ruck and Shota Tezuka, the Space Blanket board has over 30% less resistance and offers more top water momentum than its predecessor, the Bandwagon. This wakeboard is for the rider who wants all of the benefits of that unique neutrally balanced camber riding style and the stability of a bigger board that rides small, without compromising speed and resistance. Space Blanket comes standard with Aircore 2.0, the lightest core Radar offers. I-Beam construction combines this lightweight core with one that has even more hang time off the wake.
Camber: Completely different from common Continuous and 3-Stage arcs found on most models, riding Camber puts wakeboarders in a center, ergonomically correct body position while driving off the wake.
Monocoque Construction: Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one creates a more durable board on side impacts, thus preventing delamination.
G & R Technology: Grip and Release channels have all the traction you need for riding behind the boat or in the cable park. They also add side-to-side stability, allowing you to control a flick easier without unwanted drag in the water.
Speedwalls: Vertically poured urethane creates ore top water speed and a durable bumper from those floating menaces at a cable park. These rails ride higher on the water and alleviate strain on your body.
Low Friction Base: Developed to provide the most amount of glide speed in high-end boards.
I-Beam: A second piece of glass wraps through the Aircore 2.0 to create an additional strength point. This gives the board rigidity, but not lose the dampening effects of fiberglass. The result is the snappiest construction from Ronix with a softer landing.
