Rated 5 out of 5 by from This company really backs the product!!! I purchased a flexible swivel stick from Camping World in September of 2002. The first time I used it, everything worked okay. The second time it leaked a little. It got progressively worse and the last time I used it I got more water on the floor than in the toilet. I had not thought of contacting the company until I read the reviews on this website. I emailed them and received a response the next day. They apologized for the problems I had been having and sent out a replacement which I received in about three days. A company that backs its products like that are top notch and I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. It works great !!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works as described I bought this to clean debris off my monitor sensors and the first couple of times it worked flawlessly. On our last camping trip, we had full hook-ups so I spent a fair amount of time spraying in the black tank. The water coming from the drain was relatively clean, but the monitor wouldn't come off 2/3 full. A fill and drain when we got home removed some toilet paper sludge and the monitor read empty. Thus the 4 star rating even though I know nothing is perfect. I didn't have the leaks that have been mentioned and the shut off valve works great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Drain your worries We bought our 5th-wheel last year. The black water indicator worked the first time we used our trailer. Then it always read 2/3 full. Even after we dumped. So we bought the swivel stik to use in hopes that it would clean indicator. Guess what? It did. My husband watched the indicator light go from 2/3 full to empty about ten seconds after we turned the water on. My only regret is that we didn't buy this great little hose sooner. We've only used it once and it didn't leak.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleaning out the black holding tank. I purchased the Swivel Stik at the local Camping World Store. Remember to pick up a short hose about 25ft or so. I hooked up the garden hose to the spicket and the other end to the stik. Had to feed it through the back window and then pull it through to the bathroom. It seemed to do the job, but, have plenty of old towels handy because water leaks at the connection to the stik. Total job was done in less than 15 minutes. The Stik is easy to store underneath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleaning the Black Tank Like others, I am a new RVer. I was having difficulty with emptying the Black tank, so I went to the RV store and purchased the Stick. Yes, it is somewhat a inconvenience to run the hose into the trailer. However, it has worked like a champ. I would have given it a 5-star rating if I had not had to run the hose into the trailer. It does do the job. I would never believe it could be attached to the sink faucet as there is just not enough water force.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Knocks the stuff out.. We don't use it at every dump, but we do use it when doing our last dump of the season before winterizing. With the clear drain tube adapter in place and using this from the top, you can really see how much cleaner your tank is getting with this wand down there whirring/spraying around vs just refilling with fresh water and dumping. The built in on/off valve is handy, as I often am alone at the dump station. Bottom line:Does a great job, easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does The Job! Picked up this great item last month before a camping trip. It did an excellent job cleaning the sides of the black water holding tank. In fact, it was the first time my tank gauge has read empty since I bought the camper last year. Presumably due to the thorough cleaning of the sensor that hadn't been accomplished with prior cleaning methods. I didn't have the leakage issues others have experienced. Mine worked fantastic. Highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Simple Modification is All It Takes After reading the other reviews, I installed two hose clamps on my wand before I used it for the first time. So far, after a half-dozen uses, I have not experienced any of the problems mentioned by others. As to performance, my black water level indicator works for the first time since the trailer was new! It took about 2 minutes of spray through the commode and the level indicator was resurrected from the dead.
