Do I need to remove the trim along the roof?

Asked by: Handyman53
Removal is generally not done unless damage has occurred on or along the trim and repair work needs to be performed. You may want to at least inspect the trim closely and determine if any previously applied sealant needs to be removed and new sealant applied, or if just small patches of new sealant can be applied on wore out areas.
