The Sea to Summit Comfort Light SI Mat Sleeping Pad delivers lightweight comfort and protection in a versatile, durable package that's ready for 3 seasons of tough adventures. It's a self-inflating pad for extreme ease, and the Multi-Function Valve provides the option to adjust the firmness to the user's preference. Connect a Jet Stream or Air Stream pump (not included) to add a little air without the moisture of mouth inflation. For superior support, the featured Air Sprung Cells technology uses air chambers rather than "tubes" or "baffles". Divided by small point-welds, these chambers individually absorb pressure and conform to body movement and contours without affecting adjacent cells.
Though it boasts a 2" thickness with great comfort and protection against rough, un-even terrain, the Comfort Light SI Pad maintains great portability. Delta Core technology optimizes the Comfort Light SI Mat's weight, bulk, and thermal performance by horizontally removing 40% of the foam in cross-section cutouts. As a result, the pad retains an even 2.7 R-value across the whole mat and provides an uninterrupted foam surface, which the face fabric can be easily laminated onto for enhanced reliability. The 30D polyester exterior provides lightweight durability, with an advanced Liquid-Extruded TPU lamination process that ensures a strong, even, and long-lasting bond between the fabrics. Silicone print prevents sleeping bag from slipping around on the mat, or the mat slipping on the tent floor. Stuff sack included.
