Easy to install
Took about twenty minutes to install, probably longer than most because my Trail Manor
sewer hose compartment rests on top of the hitch mount cross bar and had to drill holes
in the bottom of the compartment to allow the bolts to protrude. I have not towed the
trailer since installing the skid wheels, so don't know how they will perform.

I was deceived by the picture. Thought it came with the hitch and the wheels but no,
only the wheels

Don't bother.
Total junk. The "metal" in the wheel is pot metal. Total junk. You bump them, they break. You hit dirt/the ground, they break. They're far too "delicate" to help you navigate a steep driveway.

does this unit have grease fittings for both wheel and spinner?

The wheel has a zerk fitting to grease the bearings inside the wheel but not for the spinner.

Load bearing limit of wheels?
what is the upper weight limitation of these wheels. I have a 35e bounder (2009) that ''drags the hitch bar on my driveway when I back the coach in and I need wheels like these that will carry the weight of the rear end of the coach when they contact the concrete as I back in. The wheels will actually touch the dirveway surface for perhaps 3 feet when I back up the hill
The manufacturer does not rate these for weight limit.
