I used these twice to stabilize and on the third outing one of them will no longer hold any weight. The release that allows the ja...ck to easily retract will no longer engage so the jack will not stay up.

More Stability

The first time we took our new trailer out I noticed how much sway we had once we slid our 14' x 3.5' slide out and moved about th...e trailer. I had noticed some trailers at the campground we stayed at had them as we were packing up to leave. Read some articles in magazines and on the internet . Went to my local Camping World and a bought a pair. The first time I installed and used them, what a difference. Not to mention this should make my slide mechanism work a lot longer and help with any bending. A must have for anyone with a slide, especially a larger one like mine.

Fast Simple Secure

Perfect - quick and easy to set up snug. Then it takes seconds to release and store. I replaced tri-pod supports with these towe...rs. They are better at securing the slide and store much better in my basement or truck bed.

We use two of these on our Rockwood's superslide that has both the dinette and the sleeper sofa on it. My son and daughter sleep o...n both features and often wake up before us, the ever-tired parents. They will often read or play hand-held games for an hour or so waiting for us to wake up and just that little bit of movement felt like an amusement park ride for us! These slide supports completely put an end to that. We hardly ever notice any movement now. They work great. If we do start to notice any bouncing, it's because we are camping on a sandy surface and the weight has moved a tad...so we simply need to retighten them a bit and we are good to go. Recommend this product highly!!

Stabilizer's

These stabilizer's would not work on our 2013 Keystone Premier's slides, it needed a flat base. There was no place under the slide... that these would go.

We have been looking to get our 36 ft travel trailer stable and these jacks wok great and also do a great job supporting the slide...s. We bought 1 set to try them out and after 1 night we decided to buy a set for the other slide. Works great, well worth the money , certainly recommend this product.

Slide-Out Stabilizers 26 to 47 High, Set of 2

These stabilizers worked better than I anticipated for my slide-out because I ordered them without really knowing exactly what I... needed. After experimenting with the stabilizers, there is just a very simple modification I will apply that will make these stabilizers perform as intended, like not poking any holes in the bottom part of the slide-out. Lesson learned by this newbie! Other than that, I really liked the almost one-hand operation of the stabilizers. When placed into position I did not notice any undo bouncing or movement of the slide-out in the extended position and inside the motor home walking about. I expect to get less wear and tear from the slide-out mechanisms by using these stabilizers because there should be less strain on these moving parts while the slide-out is extended for use.

Easy and Strong

Bought these to act as stabilizers and they work great, Very easy to put in place, just slide it in place and give a few turns t...o tighten. I now install them on a slight angle away from the coach, this prevents them from falling if they get loose.

Stopped the rocking!

We have a 2012 Windjammer 3001W with two slide outs. Before we bought our stabilizers, you could tell very easily that the slides ...needed some help. After placing the stabilizers under the slides, the camper became almost motionless. It has to be a relief on the slide out mechanism.

Good product, easy to use

The stabilizers were easy to install. I had to exchange one set for a shorter set because I did not measure how high my slide ou...t was above the ground before I ordered. Camping World was very accommodating and I was able to exchange the set in my local store even though I had ordered the set online. One of the stabilizers would not tighten up, but the store personnel were knowledgeable about the product and had me flip the adjuster over which corrected the problem.

Stabilizer

We purchased these for stability for our patio ramp on the rear of our 5th wheel. They fit perfect over the rubber guards on the... ramp door. Gave the extra stability to the back of the ramp and took the extra load off the guide wires. We will order more for the slide outs. Very easy to use and no tools required. Set up in seconds. Very pleased.

Not reliable

One of the stops failed shortly after purchase. The manufacturer provided a replacement, after a few more uses, the other has fail...ed. I plan on returning them and purchasing the simple version. I would not purchase or recommend anyone purchase this type. They are not reliable.

Do not bother! The plastic "quick release" or whatever they call it won't hold any pressure and will not allow you to ti...ghten the extension. Yours might work, one of mine did, one slips continuously and I actually just threw it in the trash where it belongs.

You'll only need one, but given that they come in packs of two, it wouldn't hurt to use both of them on the same slide-out (assuming that you have one slide-out).
