Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faulty hinge. Can't buy hinges. Only full seat. I bought a Dominic 310 5 months ago and the hinge broke. Bought one last year and again after about 5 months the hinge broke on same side. Bought a new seat and same in less than a half year the hinge broke again. Threw it away and bought a Bravia toilet. Hated the Bravia as it is all plastic so, gave it away and bought a Dominic 310 again. After 5 months it broke. So, I have had three seats break on me so far. The solution is to make the hinges out of actual metal. That would solve the problem. Hope someone from the Dominic company sees this. Great toilets except you will have to spend $45. every 6 months to fireplace broken seat hinge

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad advice from Camping World Internet Staff! I asked Camping World via internet if this toilet seat would fit my toilet type and the return answer was yes. Well once it arrived and I tried to install it the seat mounting brackets did not fit at all. The back bracket/mounting bracket was never meant to fit over the porcelain hump on my toilet. I had to modify the back bracket to the seat by using a Dremel tool to cut out all the plastic frame in the back and some on the top so the mount would fit over the porcelain hump on my toilet. Also, the toilet seat is elongated instead of rounded for this Dometic toilet so it sticks out over the front of the toilet about 1/2 inch.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor qualify hinges ruin an otherwise good product I'm going to have to buy seat number three now that the 2nd one I bought has broken. The hinges on these are poor qualify will break. I almost got a year out of this last one. That's not good for a $40+ seat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement for both Dometic 310 AND 311 I bought this to replace a broken seat for my Dometic 311 AND IT FIT PERFECTLY. I'd read both reviewers' and sellers' comments on other sites that it won't fit a 311 and I believed them, but Gander's promise of easy returns compelled me to buy from them and try it. It fits and it works extremely well - love the slow-close and ease of installation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good price! Better seat Last year these seats were so expensive as I shopped around. I waited and tried again this season and found this site, and the seats were cheaper then the other ones I found and I didn't even realize or was a slow close one, even better! Perfect fit. Extremely slow shipping, over a month, possible covid related issues in delay of shopping I'm thinking.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Easy installation, much better quality than the original plastic one. It doesn’t for the rim perfectly, it hangs over a bit in the front. It also seems to scratch pretty easily.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Toilet seat This toilet works wonderful with the whisper slow closing lid and it is an actual toilet seat not the flimsy plastic one that comes with your trailer !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect fit & function, of course.. Perfect fit & function. Bone was the wrong color, Dometic white is actually off white so be sure of the color you really need.

Will this fit the toilet in a 2019 Grand Design 2800bh?

Asked by: Karen
We do not have a reference system that identifies what specific components were installed at the factory by RV year/make/model. This seat will work on a Dometic 310 or 311 model toilet. The manufacturer identification tag on Dometic toilets can usually be found on the rear of the pedestal, a mirror or mobile device with a front-facing camera can be helpful in locating the tag. On Thetford toilets, the tag is at the top, behind the seat, or on the center front below the rim of the toilet.

We have an 2018 Dutchman endurance toy hauler Our tote seat cover broke . Can you tell me what cover I need to buy please.

Asked by: Defariasf
We unfortunately do not have a reference system that identifies what specific components were installed at the RV factory. The model number of the toilet is necessary to locate a replacement toilet seat. Below are links from both Dometic and Thetford on how to locate the manufacturer tag on their toilets. Dometic, Model & Serial Number ID Tag Location: https://www.edometic.com/h.nsf/model_serial_tag_location.pdf Thetford, ID Label Location: https://www.thetford.com/customer-support/faq/permanent-toilets-faq/#answer-11
