Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works really well I bought this product to repair the cracking sealant on the roof of my class c. I also had a leak starting along the front seam of the cab over. It sealed it perfectly. The only thing with this sealant, it is a little tacky, I guess that's to help it stay in place while applying.

How long does it take for the curing period and also is there a certain outside temp that I should wait for to apply the caulking. Work on aluminum?

Asked by: Pete
Curing can take 24 to 48 hours. Minimum application temperature is 60°F and will adhere to a variety of substrates.

Fiberglass roof

Can this be used to seal the roof at the j channel on my Winnebago?
Asked by: Anonymous
Winnebago's sealant callout sheets refer to a self-leveling silicone, SKU#52125 would be a better choice if this is true for your model Winnebago. You can access the callout sheets here. An alternative would be to use a repair tape like SKU#84062 or Eternabond. The repair tapes are a permanent sealant and can be safely washed & waxed.
