Thumbs up to tissue digester!
My wife and I both use standard household toilet paper (Charmin) in our RV without any issues simply by adding this tissue digester. This product turns the tissue paper into a fine almost shredded form, which makes the trip to the dump station quick and easy.
To achieve the best performance, ensure you have plenty of water in your holding tank during the trip to the dump station – the longer the trip the better it works. I would recommend this product to all RV users who don’t like to use one-ply toilet tissue.

clean sweep of black water tank
Thetford’s tissue digester did the job fast and easy. I followed the directions at home the
night before and by the time we got to the campground my 3 year problem was fixed. I
told everyone how well it worked and I will make sure I always have a bottle with me
when were camping.

Tissue digester
We used this product after having a build up of tissue. Worked perfectly and our tank
was cleaned out. Think we wil use on a regular basis to prevent the problem.

Why not use the best.
I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband, after using it ( there is a learning curve to not get a face full due to dust up) we won’t travel without it!

Works As Advertised!
It seemed that no matter how many times I E-Z Flushed the black
tank, I could still see paper coming out in the clear Hydro Flush
attachment. After one treatment I could see no more paper being
flushed, and the sensors on our 5th wheel's empty black holding tank
actually read empty for the first time in almost 2 years! I used it in
conjunction with Thetford's Level Gauge Cleaner (instructions on both
said this was allowable). Both are dry granules, not liquid, and the
instructions suggest you fill the tank, add the treatment then drive or
move the vehicle to mix. This is not easy on the 5th wheel in its
storage location at our home. I decided to use the E-Z Flush to fill and
mix the treatment in the tank. Thetford's instructions should warn that
this will cause bubbles and foam similar to laundry detergent that will
percolate out the Vent pipe on the roof (and toilet, if you open the flush
gate valve) when the tank fills to capacity. Not a major problem, but a
surprise that I just had to laugh about. It is not often that I can say a
product works as easily and effectively as advertised. So much easier
and cheaper than removing and replacing the sensors! These two
products will be on my post-season winterization check-list from now
on.
