Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product I purchased this before we got on the road full time. My husband wasn't sure we NEEDED it. After only one day on the road it told us we were loosing air in the rear inside RV tire. We replaced the valve stem. After a couple more weeks it tells us we were loosing air in our tow car tire so we stopped to discover we had a large staple in it. My husband told me "good purchase" which doesn't happen often. Great product and great customer service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TM77 I just received and installed this unit on my 5th wheel. First the good before the negative. It came as advertised in the video. I installed the booster outside under the coach in a low weather area as recommended. It was very easy to install and sync everything if you follow the directions. The display is easy to read especially after you set it up for your rig. The connection between sensors and the unit appears better than expected. I can actually walk around the inside on my house while my coach is in the back yard and never lost connection. Only negative is when received the package the booster was unsnapped. When I tried to snap it back together I bent the small LED. All and all happy with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Initial issues followed by good service from tire minder I purchased this system in early July 2016 from the Houghton Lake MI store and headed on out west to Vancouver Island, then back through the northern states ending up in Pennsylvania and finally back home to southern Ontario by late September. We have a 38 foot 5th wheel. Initially the system would give me occasional no signal messages even after I mounted the booster unit on the underside of the trailer at the front. Also on the receiver the backlight would flicker now and then. I talked to Tire Minder and without hesitation they said would send me one of their new Rhino booster units and a new receiver. I had them ship these to family on Vancouver Island. Once we got there and I got the new booster installed, I had no further issues. The new receiver's backlight also worked fine. I am happy with the system. Besides giving a safety factor, it is a convenient way to keep tabs on tire pressures & temperatures often. The system comes with a good comprehensive manual, and the customer service was very good and fast. One thing though; when you disconnect and turn the receiver off while parked, make sure you turn it on when you hit the road again. The receiver won't tell you anything if it's turned off!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed to perform I wanted to monitor tires on my travel trailer. This product failed after about 6 hours on the road. It alerted to Rapid Leak on one of my tires. I pulled over to check and the tire was fine. While the RV was stopped it read ok, but when I got back on the road it alerted again. By the time my trip was over all but one of the transmitters worked.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sensor problems Have had nothing but problems with the sensors. I had one that wouldn't learn in the learn mode so they sent me a new sensor. Now i have one that gave me loss of signal an hour into my drive to the campground. Tried a new battery- no help, deleted it out & now it won't learn again. Called them & now they are sending me another new sensor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No more worries Installed in 20 minutes on my 5th wheel. There are a couple of great Youtube videos out there. Watch them first. The instructions will make total sense if you do. Worked flawlessly on a trip from Colorado to South Dakota. Gives me great peace of mind on what's going on behind me on my 35 foot rig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought these about 5 years ago. Rvs should require to have tpms built in. Since they don’t anyone with an rv should buy these. A little pricey but very extremely worth it. After a month of buying this I went to Alaska from Las Vegas Nevada. On the way home through Canada I took a different route. A shortcut. Well it was very hilly. Steep steep downgrades. Well my brakes got so hot it was hard to slowdown. Sharp turns and steep. Tireminders warning me tires were hot. I didn’t know what beeping warning was for. I barely could slow down to even ck. All of sudden I smelled burn. I used all my strength pressing hard hard on brakes. I was smelling smoke. Was not skidded but I knew then was breaks. Coming to a stop very slow using leg strength I eventually came to a stop. Tire minders did warn me of a issue. Tire heat from brake heat. Since that time I’ve had air loss and low air. Rv tires are in no way like car tires. You need to always be aware of your rv tires so buy these tpms. I highly recommend. Should be mandatory.
