Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dangerous Product This thing auto raised our trailer on a hill while we were inside. This caused the doors to jam and we could not get out till we kicked a door open. Raised the wheels off their chalks and left us clinging to the hillside with stabilization jacks. Once we got out the fuse was fine, the jack was no longer operational. Now we use a torque wrench to fight against the motor to raise and lower it with the bolt on top.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk...waste of money! I bought this jack in July 2017 and it worked fine. I hauled my trailer to the campsite where it has sat since then. When I went to move the camper last week it didn't move. After working with it for several minutes it started jacking up and wouldn't stop until I quickly pulled the fuse out. So, I had to jack it up and down manually.

Does it come with an emergency hand crank?

    Asked by: Anonymous
No, instead of a full crank an emergency crank socket is included. A socket wrench or adapted power drill will have to be obtained to use the socket.
