Perfect to swap our 19 inch between the living space during the day and the bedroom in the evening

No, the TV and attached arm should be removed from the docking station on the wall before travel.

How do I find out if my 32" Viso (Walmart) TV is compatible with the mounting brackets that this mount comes with?
You will need to check the manufacturer specs of the TV for what VESA mount pattern is available on the back and check the weight. SKU#71955 can hold a TV up to 40 lbs. and has 75x75 & 100x100 patterns for mounting.

I am concerned about the mounting screws being too long that they will go through the wall and into my shower. Has this been considered, or should I just shut up and believe in the design?
Not every RV make/model is designed and constructed the same exact way. While the hardware is universal, there is a legitimate concern for thickness of the stud/wall. It would be recommended to try and obtain any specs from the manufacturer if the Owner's Manual for your RV is not of any help.
