Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality product, just be aware This is a nicely built product, and I do like it. I knocked off one star because the shorter locking bar does not go low enough. My wife's bike has the low top rail, and this rack does not go low enough to keep it tight. I also knocked off another star because Camping World's website said it is made in America. It clearly states on the box that it is NOT MADE IN AMERICA!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not made in USA as promised, but good product. It’s not made in USA as product info states. This was my deciding factor in purchase. Camping World has yet to respond (an actual human) to my email about this for a month but now wants me to fill out survey. It is a nice rack though and works as described.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bike carrier for an RV! Great carrier for our Trek bikes. I loved the security features and ease of use. It took a lotto time to set up but not too long. Great investment for carrying our bikes on our RV!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product, good price. Arriveed quickly packed well. Easy to assemble in about 20-30 minutes. Used it on one trip at this point, it is well made and seems to be strong enough to get the job done for years to come. We use it on a 29ft trailer connected to the rare bumper. Note that the included "Bumper hitch receiver" need about 1.5" - 2" gap between the bumper and the end of the trailer, otherwise it will not fit on the bumper. I had to get a different receiver in addition. Overall compared with other bike racks, considering the price, I believe it's a good buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nicely built except for this..... The center vertical bar is held in place by two plates that also allows the center bar to collapse down. The carrier has one of the plates welded in place, backwards, which prevents the vertical bar from being able to be lowered.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just what I wanted Easy to assemble and install. Will work well with both men’s and women’s style bicycles without having to purchase an extra “bar” for the women’s bicycle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2000 Miles! - Happy Camper! Purchased this to use behind our 5th wheel camper. Happy with how the bikes set up and ride on carrier. Easy on and easy off. We like the locking feature too. You will need to purchase a hitch stabilizer to keep the rack from wobbling. With this added device, the rack does not move at all. Very happy no problems hauling bikes over 2000 miles!

over all length of the rack

Asked by: joe mama
The length of the frame part of the bike rack is about 51.5 inches. The saddles that the bike wheels sit in can be longer than the frame depending on the size of your bikes. The rack sticks out 18 inches from the receiver.

What would you recommend if I had a regular tire bike and a fat boy tire bike?

Asked by: Melanie
You can go directly to Stromberg Carlson's website to order their BC-2FT replacement cradle which is designed to hold fat tires and is compatible with this bike rack. You can swap out one set of the regular cradles with the fat tire set. At this time I am not aware of a bike rack that already has a mixed set of cradles but some manufacturers do offer fat tire compatible cradles as a separate available part.

We have a 2018 Keystone Hideout and would like to get a bike rack. Is the rear bumper on that model welded strong enough to withstand the torque of this rack and bicycles? I would think this would be much greater than just holding a spare tire rack.

Asked by: John
Since we do not have a reference system for RV specs, you will need to get in touch with Keystone directly to find out if the bumper on your camper is capable of carrying any kind of weight.

Do you have an extension so I can put the rack in front of the spare tire n my Class c RV>

Asked by: Brian
Our RV is very old and I could not find a 2 bike rack that would work for us. We are going to have to let a machine shop make one for us.

I only see mounting info regarding RV's. I drive a Class A and tow my car. Can I mount this on the hitch on my car?

Asked by: Dyana
Yes you can, ONLY if you have a 2” receiver hitch mounted on the car that you are towing. If you are towing a car on your class A you already know what kind of hitch you have on your motor home for this purpose, as I said above it mounts in the same type of 2” receiver. I don’t always use it on my motor home, I mount it on my truck to use when we’re not camping.

Will this bike carrier fit a 2018 Heartland Big Country 3155RLK 5th Wheel? Someone has told me that the bumper can't hold it, but I wanted to check and make sure.

Asked by: Gail
If your bumper a 4" x 4" bumper. It will fit. However, you need to check with the MFG for your rig to see if the bumper can handle the weight. My bumper has a weight limit of 200 lbs.
