Rated 3 out of 5 by from Do not overtighten I recently purchased and installed four of these scissor jacks. During our first trip, I broke three of the four by overtightening them while cranking them up to the closed position. Problem was a cheap cotter-type pin inserted in the threaded rod that sheared off when tightened. Once that happened, the jacks had to be tied up or else they would vibrate and drop to the extended position and would have surely caught on the roadway. I purchased hardened keepers and replaced the cheap pins and now my jacks are strong and reliable. It was greasy repair. By the way, it didn't really take a lot of effort to shear those pins, so be careful. Now that they are modified, I love them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE THESE!!! I am disabled, so anything that will help me get set up easier is something that I will always take a look at. I purchased a set of these a few months ago. I also purchased the socket for it. I could NOT believe how easy and fast these went down and up using my cordless drill!! No more having to get down and place jack stands, then hand cranking them until they were snug to the frame. I can set two of these in less time than I could one of my old jack stands. I put these on the back of my TT and will be getting two more for the front. Well worth the money!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product , great deal Damaged the right rear stabilizer on my keystone passport , so ordered this pair, could not believe the difference in quality in these stabilizers. They where so easy to install, I went ahead and changed both. They are so much better than the stock stabilizers that even though the two front ones are ok, I'll order another set to replace those. Great product!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Jack is a Great Product The product is great. I damaged the previous jack leaving the last RV Park we stayed in. I went to Camping World and had one of a pair installed and kept the extra for a spare. The only problem I have is that Camping World charged me for installing two when they only installed one. They were supposed to install a Hot Rod (electric water heater adaption) as well but the cost for doing that was prohibitive. They should have called me to let me know of the additional cost to install the hot rod but failed to do so. They had my RV for about three hours until I returned to pick it up, that's when I got the news about the hot rod conversion. Because the jacks were welded on they justified the cost because they had to cut the old one off and weld the new jack in its place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic support I had a set of cheap non-scissor type stabilizers that were useless on our 30' trailer. Rocked every time the dog rolled over. Bought four of these and installed where the useless ones were and the trailer is rock solid. The speed socket is definitely worth it. Takes just a couple minutes now to set it up and no more shake'n go'n on! Even bought a set for a friend and just installed them on his trailer. Well worth the money and yes, if you have a flat, use a jack, not a stabilizer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GOOD PRODUCT I have not installed them yet but they seem to be of better quality then the ones that came on my camper. The price was a 100 dollars less then the local RV store where I bought the camper from. Unfortunatly the packaging was less then desirable. It showed up with one box destroyed and duck taped up. it was left and shipped in its original packaging. Looks like it feel apart and UPS had to tape it together. Other than that a good product overall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! super difference! We have a tent trailer and we tried out a pair of the Ultra scissor jacks and just love the difference! the regular attached legs are not strong enough and kept bending and breaking! We left the scissor jacks non- permanent mounted and just slide them under the frame and the tent trailer levels so much faster and much more support! We are buying another pair so we have all four corners supported! I highly recommend for a tent trailer!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Leveling Jacks, Not To Change Flat Tires With If you want a jack to change tires with, BUY ONE. These are leveling jacks to help level and support your camper. Not intended to support the intire weight of your Fifth Wheel camper as some people think. You will need a heavier jack to support entire weight or change tires. AGAIN these are just to help level and support from bouncing, while walking in camper. BUT if you have a smaller camper, I would say they would hold quite a bit.
