Light weight design in a high quality room! For all brands of traditional roll-up awnings and Carefree 12 Volt Awnings.

This light weight room was specifically designed to fit Carefree’s 12 Volt Eclipse and Travel’r, as well as all brands of traditional roll-up patio awnings. Set-up is fast and easy with this one piece design (front and side panels are all one piece). There are no poles, rafters or permanent fasteners to attach to your coach. Water pooling is never an issue, the water dump feature works on Carefree 12V awnings.


  • No need to drill holes in coach for installation. Simply attach the Vacation’r Room to your existing awning. No tools required!
  • Separate front panel zipper insert installs in open slot in awning roller tub complete with 3 loops. Front panel hooks onto loops attached to zippered insert for easy line up of zippers to attach front panel to insert.
  • Multi- setting privacy panels.
  • Room side panels attach to awning tube and awning rail using exclusive strap and clip system.
  • Best canopy to side panel seal in the market.
  • Canopy clamps on side panels to maximize awning to side panel seal
  • Tall skirting and wheel well filler for the open areas under your RV.
  • Includes ground stakes and tote style storage bag.
  • Made of light weight polyester tent material so it is approximately half the weight of conventional vinyl add-on rooms.
  • Covers the complete awning rail to ground ranges of 86” – 138" so it is ideal for both short trailers and tall 5th wheel and Motorhomes.

    We don't want to lose our awning to the wind
    The screen room does not have a wind rating so it would be best to follow wind load/rating of the patio awning the room is attached to.
