No, the Wally is not able to access stored recordings on a Hopper series receiver.

?? so it picks up the wi-fi from the park lets as and then you have wireless from this device to the area around it ( in your RV ) for you device you have , lap top phone, ect.??
It allows the Wally to pickup wireless signals, be it the park's wifi or your own hot spot signal so that it can connect to programs that are not available by satellite.
