Living up to its name, the Weaver Premium MSR Scope Mount is built for the high-quality standards of specialized Modern Sporting Rifles (MSR). It's made of lightweight and supremely strong 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum. The anodized Type III hardcoat black matte finish adds further protection and blends in seamlessly with the rifle. The sleek design sets optics at the ideal height, with a forward cantilever for MSR rifles. The edges are slightly radiused to prevent snagging. Offers an astounding 3,600 lbs. of clamping force, with double recoil lugs to lock mount into place. Features Torx-head screws.

The Weaver Premium MSR Optics Mount adds an extra layer of durability and performance, but hardly any weight (mount weighs just 6 oz.). Recommended manufacture torque: 25"/lbs. for caps screws, 45"/lbs. for cross bolts. Weaver recommends the use of Weaver SureThread screw adhesive on rings and bases as needed.
