An improved porcelain enamel finish extends the life of the 189-square-inch cast iron grate for long-term use. Split grates simplify cleaning and allow the use of optional accessories like a griddle (sold separately) over one side of the burner. The Q 1200 Portable Gas Grill features fast reliable electronic ignition and a built-in thermometer to monitor temperatures inside the grill for precise cooking.

Re-contoured lids accommodate whole chickens or roasts for more grilling versatility. Larger side tables on the Q 1200 are stronger and more stable. The larger lid handle grip and control knobs enable more efficient cooking. Ergonomic side handles make for easy transport. Sturdy front and rear cradles stabilize the grill.     No, you can only use one(1) griddle plate. Two griddles will not fit side by side and the burner will flame out without appropriate air flow.

    No, this portable grill has an onboard regulator designed to take 1# throw away bottles. A hose like Item# 30338 or item# 30342 is used to connect portable LP appliances like this grill to a large refillable bottle. Grill side of the hose is threaded like throw away bottles, the other end a Type 1 ACME nut for refillable tanks, and no regulator since the grill has an onboard model.
