Additional Information
The Wedgewood Vision range uses linear valves for improved operation and adjustment capability, including the ability to simmer.

Unlike most competitive models, Wedgewood Vision burners can easily adjust from a low simmer to a full burn. In addition, the High-Output 9,000 BTU front burner and two enhanced 6,500 rear burners help cook food faster!

The one-piece porcelain grate construction gives more than adequate surface area for pots and pans. The larger diameter wire provides strength and the grate is easy to remove for cleaning, yet fits snugly in the cushioned grommets to help eliminate excessive rattling during travel.

The top burner areas are designed with a deep well that helps contain messy spills. The cooktop is fastened securely with special clips to prevent excessive rattling during travel. For easy access to clean below the top, simply lift the top up and out of the way. The top can be quickly snapped back into place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Baking restriction The only fault I have with it& wish it had been changed over the years , is the lower rack has to sit to close to the burner, thereby burning the cake it wont take a bunt pan, so u cant raise the shelf higher ot only takes a tray

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Wedgewood vision parts This range is installed in a '05 Fleetwood Pegasus, and functioned perfectly until we wanted to use the oven. Upon returning home, I removed the thermo coupler, and attempted to replace it. Our nearby RV dealer had one the correct length, but the valve end attaching nut was an incorrect diameter, but I have not been able to find one yet. Next attempt, Big Sky RV in Boseman, 60 miles away.

We are considering using our RV (2016 Grayhawk 31FS) Wedgewood Vision oven to bake cookies and cakes. Do you recommend a pizza stone for heat distribution? Thank you.

Asked by: Neil
A baking stone can be helpful when baking, but two of the biggest factors for cooking in an RV oven are appropriate preheating and air circulation. Preheating Oven: For best results, preheat the oven for 15 minutes before use. For baking, do not select a higher than required temperature to preheat the oven faster, it may have negative effect on baking results. Air Circulation: Warmed air must circulate freely throughout the oven for food to cook properly. To prevent undercooked or burned food: - Do not cover the bottom of the oven with aluminum foil to catch "over flow". - Do not cover or bock ventilation holes in the oven broiler shelf (shelf above the burner). - Do not cover oven racks with aluminum foil. - Place the food to be baked in the center of the oven with 1"-2" space from the oven wall on all sides allowing at least 1"-2" of space on all sides of the container. - Do not crowd the oven with assorted pans or block air passage with an oversized pan.

Are all shelves and broiler shelf removable?

Asked by: bubbles
The grate on the cooktop is removable as well as the wire shelf inside the oven. However, an RV oven is designed differently. What is referenced as the 'broiler shelf' cannot be removed as it is mounted to the oven as well as the burner for the oven.
