My computer settings had to be changed to install as instructed.
I had difficulty using my older Net gear ATT router getting to the green page during installation that turned out to be a problem with the way my computer was setting the device up as a Public network which is not a trusted network. Change setting on computer to a Work network or a Home network and it allowed me to get to the green page to make it a secured device with a password. My speed before on Ethernet cable was 100 mbps, WiFi speed was 65 mbps. Now WiFi speed is 150 mbps with this device installed. Tech support was helpful.

Works perfect!
Just got it and set it with the help their very helpful support group. I needed guidance and they were patient and walked thru every set-up step. The way support should be. I have it using my iPhone as the HotSpot with unlimited data AT&T. It will provide hi-speed data even after I reach my monthly quota. Keeps me surfing and sending files fast while out on the boondocks when I still have a signal.

Works Great
Easy to install, and works as advertised. I have been using the older model,so decided to try the updated model. At one park we stay at, it did increase the reception from 3 bars to 5. The only problem, is the instruction pamphlet could use some simplification, and better explanation, but a little common sense and and patience gets it up and running quickly.

WiFi On Steroids tech support is phenomenal! A phone number is given to assist in the easy set up if needed. Gary, the technician, answered the phone quickly to assist in set up. The set up was easy. Gary was very patient and thorough assisting in the set up. He knows the product very well and stands behind the product. This device is awesome!

Fantastic support
I was having trouble setting up my device so I called the help line and left a message. I got a call back in less than 5 minutes. In just a few minutes I had the fix to my problem. The rv park did not have free wifi paid subscription only. The work around took just a few minutes to set up. Great service. Unit is really great.

Wifi On Steroids
This product is fantastic. We were located about 100 feet from the campground's wifi repeater and could not get a signal. Wifi On Steroids not only improved the campground's wifi but worked great with my cell phones hotspot. Tech support was amazing. They were very patient and helpful in answering all our questions.

Great new idea.
Connects to both campground hotspot or smart phone hotspot. If the campground wifi is too weak to connect, I just turn on my phone hotspot and it boosts that signal. Great idea and great product. I use it to boost my home router too out by the pool.
