Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great idea, bad design I bout this a month ago for my father to get around and it is easy to maneuver and operate but doesn't have enough power to climb any kind of incline. The high/low switch was inop so took it back camping world exchanged it for another in a box after assembly and charging overnight it didn't work at all so I took it back and got my original one back at least it somewhat works. There is no warranty support from the manufacturer and is cheaply made Chinese junk.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk I bought one and nothing but trouble. Tires are always flat, has no power to climb up small inclines etc. I have called and nobody had tires for it. Do not recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Little Scooter I bought this two years ago and have used it a lot, with no problems. I have another 3-wheel scooter, including a new power chair and replace batteries every two years... mine is ready for new batteries which will be replaced in the spring. I would buy another one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from We love our scooters. We bought 2 right after Christmas and we have had three flat tires. The valve stems were in crooked. We found it was cheaper to buy a whole new tire with tubes.

IS it actually a 500w motor the manufacture doesn't advertise anything above a 350W on their site. Also what size is the seat post thickness if I wanted to get an aftermarket seat

Asked by: joserod
The motor is actually 350W, thank you for letting us know. We will be making that change on our website. I am sorry about that. And here is a link that the manufacturer provided me that shows some seat measurements: https://cdn.livechat-files.com/api/file/lc/att/1526272/7d980fd4d37975f84276f5745c59121d/ZOOME3-12.png . If you are needing a more specific seat measurement, I would recommend contacting the manufacturer directly: https://www.drivemedical.com/us/en
